CANCELLATIONS

Free cancellations are possible until 6:00 p.m. the day before arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 100% of the room rate for the first night.

CHILDREN / EXTRA BED GUIDELINES

Children under 6 years of age stay for free in their parents' room
Children between 6 and 12 years stay for CHF 40 per night in an extra bed in their parents' room
An extra bed for adults is charged at CHF 80 per night
Extra beds can only be booked in the following room types: Double Deluxe Room and Junior Suite

PETS

Only small animals are allowed. Extra costs: CHF 30.- per night. The animals must be supervised at all times. Any damage caused will be charged to the owner.
These guidelines only apply to pets staying in the owners room.
